## The Vukile Academy is a pioneering, career-growth initiative designed to facilitate broader economic empowerment within the property sector. Through skills development and mentorship programmes, the Academy empowers young black professionals and entrepreneurs to succeed in South Africa’s property industry.

### Bursaries

Each year, the Vukile Academy issues around 40 – 50 bursaries to students studying property related qualifications.  Selection is based on both educational performance as well as their unique and ethical approach to life.

### Internships

Each year we select between 8-10 candidates from our bursary programme and other qualifying graduands and give them an opportunity to gain real life experience in a professional working environment as part of the Vukile Team in an industry leading and comprehensive internship programme. The programme will run for a year, divided into 10 modules.
